Question: Text Coding

Hello!

I'm new to the forums and modding, and I'm making a simple Civilisation mod for a start. I have one question (if we aren't allowed to ask questions and/or this is an inappropriate section, please feel free to correct me violently): When I creat a Civilopedia or Dawn of Man text, can I use foreign letters, especially č, ž, š ?

So long as you use UTF-8 encoding, most glyphs are available, eg from the Mongols Scenario text files

Amazing, I actually understood some of that. Polish?

Anyway, I'm interested in making a Slovenian civilisation so I really need the Central-European č,ž,š letters. I've managed to aviod them in place names, but I need them for leader name and Civilopedia entries. I'm goig to test it eventually anywa, but It's good to know in advance.
