Questions about the new rules

First of all, I want to say thank you, Thunderfall, for a set of rules that are exceptionally clear.

Still, a few questions.

[1] Is it allowed to discuss the rules themselves? (If not, close this thread! )

[2] Is it allowed to discuss moderating policy in general (eg difference in styles / leniency), not regarding a specific case?

[3] What if (worst case scenario) the PM to Thunderfall remains unanswered as well? (Insert image of Thunderfall replying to complaints 24/7 ...)

[4] Shouldn't there be rules, too, for what can and can't be said in a PM?

[5] If you are sharing internet access with someone, is it at all possible to have more than one account?

You could have two accounts on the same computer if you asked TF first and the two users never posted any spam threads together, although after awhile you would probably get more tolerance.
