Questions to 2K Greg

First of all, I must say great thanks to Greg for the game coverage. It looks very solid and promising. Most of the game mechanics seem to be clear now (unless there some things not mentioned previously at all), but still there are some questions remaining:

1. How great people are born and what they could do? We already know something about generals and merchants, but not many. Probably it's a topic for community feature?

2. Is there still an ability to move your capital and what happens if you loose a capital?

3. I almost sure what you can't switch between mutually exclusive civic trees, but could you confirm that?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Greg isn't answering specific questions about gameplay aspects that haven't been covered on the site yet.

1. We have seen video showing GP meters, separate meter for each GP type, and specialist "slots" to assign citizens to. Unknown about all the things the various GP can do.

2. Unsure about moving it. We have seen where Germany captured Paris and the French capital is now in Orleans.

3. I think this is also unknown at this time. My guess is that you can scrap a social policy tree somehow if you want to pursue a mutually exclusive tree.

Question for 2K regarding preorder:

My brother is stationed overseas. His internet connection varies between nothing and awful so downloading the game is not an option. Is there a faster way for him to receive the game than my buying the game in the US on Sept 21 and shipping it to him? I'm not sure how release dates work for US military bases in foreign countries (US release date or that country's release date). Thank you.
