queuing problems

A queuing problem first. I understand that if you hold down control and select on a building that goes to the top of the build queue but how do you move an item up the queue order.

I think that if you start building something - there is some benefit in resuming the build rather than starting again.

If something is down the queue just de-select it so that is goes back into the build menu of the city, and then select it with Ctrl. It will go to the top.

If you're building 2 axes with 20 hammers already in one of them, it doesn't matter what you do with the order - the top one will always have 20 hammers completed , that is until decay sets in. I think its after 20 turns or so the hammers start to disappear. Someone will know
