When editing a scenario how do you make the civilizations start with all techs?

In the Editor you go to the:
- Scenario Menu
- Scenario properties
- Players Tab
- Free Techs Area
There you choose what techs the Civ's have.
I don't think you can do it once for all, you'll probably have to go one by one.
Don't know if it works but if you define the "Initial Era" as the Future Era, it maybe will give ALL the techs to that Civ. But never tried so am not sure.

Hello, what does the auto bombard feature in conquests do?
It just keep bombing the same tile as far as I know. I never used it though. I don't trust any aitomation in III.
