I thought that +1 cancels with the -1 from difficulty so I don't see an A First Impression Is A Lasting One from Mansa. Of course I see a -1 entry with most opponents.

Yes, thank you for that. I checked all the first impressions between the AIs in a game. All the values agree if I assume iPeaceWeightRand=0.

At some point recently my Civ4 is doing something different that's annoying to me. Whenever I choose to make same type of army unit twice or three times a row in a city, the game automatically enables the produce forever mode for that unit. You know, the one with the asterisk next to the unit. How do I disable this behavior?

I don't know if it's related but I recently installed BUG and BULL mods, which I generally like.

Check that you did not enable "Train Military/Civilian Units forever" in the BUG options. (Should appear as a green bug symbol on the top left of the main interface in a game.)

that was it thanks! I had "Train Military Units Forever" checked. I must have clicked on it accidentally.
