Hi. I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to look but maybe you can help. I am looking for a map of Italy that indicates any bodies of water, mountains, hills, etc. I just need to print out a simple map for my little brother's 6th grade project. It doesn't need to be very fancy. It just needs to include the information above. If you could tell me where I could find the the right place to look, I would really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch!

The editor is a separate program included with the game and there should be a shortcut to in in your programs menu.

I'm a newb as my question will probably prove to you.

When you download a unit and open the zip file, there is a folder containing the ini file, the wav files, the amb files, and the anim files. But in the zip folder, but outside the folder that contains the other files are the pcx files. Are these files critical? My units seem to work fine without them. Just a question.

I think the pcx files you are refering to are just for the civilopedia images.

I need some help!

After downloading and installing that Powerbar thing from the cheats thing, I also got a Civ editor. This is all cool, but there is only 2 problems. For some reason on my normal Civ 3 screen, It won't let me make new games. Plus I can't even work the Power Bar.

i dont know how to get the downloaded scenarios to work where do i download them too and do i unzip them, or... thx

Yup, unzip them to the scenarios folder folder in
C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III
or if you have PTW or C3C, go to that folder, then scenarios.

Best to ask in the thread you d/l'd it from. Scenarios can load from different places, and the mod makers will know exactly where to put it.

Every mod/scenario has a thread to discuss it. You need to find the discussion thread and either read it to see if others had the same problem or post a new question about your problem. The only one that can really help you is the mod/scenario creator or others who have had the same problem.

Maximum gov't transition time: (none) - 4
Cost Factor (10 = Human): 10 - 9
AI to AI Trade rate: 130 - 140 (what the AI will take for 100 gold if that number is not available.)

I'm thinking that's about it.
