Actually, Crtl-C is equal to Ctrl-Shift-c and doesn nothing.

It's Ctrl-c for Civilopedia and Shift-c for forest/jungle.

There's no such thing as a stupid question. In regards to cold/wet versus cold/dry, I doubt it has any impact on how much tundra there is, rather the wet versus dry will affect numbers of rivers, etc.

If you're really dying to know, you might want to generate several dozen maps on each setting and then check the terrain breakdown via MapStat (part of CRpSuite, link in sig).

I need a way to know my optimal city number, right now I have no clue whether I should expand out or not. I can't use that excel OCN calculator because I don't have excel, just the free excel viewer. Can anyone point me to a OCN calculator I can use or a method to know what my OCN is? Perhaps a explaination of the relationship between city numers and corruption?

You can't have too many cities.

Mmm, exactly, don't worry about corrupt cities, just build them anyway to increase your land area. The "corruption due to too many cities" effect is very minimal - it has hardly any affect on your core cities.

As for excel, try www.openoffice.org, a free Office type suite. Excellent!

It is, however, a 115mb download.

But it should be able to run the OCN calculator.

I just finished work on a scenario or C3C. it has 4 playable civs, added units, modified rules/tech tree and i used a custom map. for the sake of posting it, am i right calling it a scenario or should it go in with the new mods?
