Quick Question about Conquest Mods

Is it possible to play a conquest game in a standard game?
Hmm, that sounded kind of odd, what I mean is, can you play a standard game with the units, techs, etc. of one of the conquests?
I'd like to try a standard game (new map, etc.) with the rules/gameplay of the sengoku scenario. Is this at all possible?

Editor. File. Import ->Rules (find Sengoku). Import ->Players. Save. Start it up.
