Holy (moley), that's amazing! That's exactly what I was hoping for before Civ 5 was released, until I learnt with some disappointment that there would be a few mini-trees.

I'm really hyped right now =D

Improvements are now constructed immediatly, and they'll consume Workers (now called builders). Each builder can make up to 3-4 improvements.

-culture /civic tree is brilliant. Feels like a natural evolution of SP while giving old timers governments back
