What are the time zones of HB and Rodent, so we can fix the order of play...

Basically no barbs is ok with me. There will be enough fighting anyway...

Regarding the huts, I think rodent was against them. As a part of our team is expansionistic of course I would like a few huts, but want to stay neutral towards that.

Horses and iron should be available for everyone. The rest is up to the map maker (to make it strategically interesting).

A couple huts is fine, but not too many...

I think Carthage should have at least 9 cows and two rivers running for miles of flat grassland with wines, wheat, gold hills, some flood plains, dyes as far as the eye can see, ty

Not that I'm giving any thing away, but everyone starts with 1 BG Cow next to a river. I've played a couple games where I started on plains with no water or food bonus and the first 50 turns were just build a road & hit return.
