Been dinking around with a little bit of a fun strategy for Ramses, even though this could probably done a little easier with china. Who wants to play stupidly overpowered civs though?

If you get marble at your start, you might want to rush stonhenge, but its not required

I've only tried starting one way with this strat thus far, but others could prove more effective. I wanted several policies right away in the first 100 turns or so, and this can really only be done with a small starting empire. You want oligarchy, the double exp in honor and the adjacent damage bonus in there as well. Then you are pretty much set for quite awhile. You wont generally build cities, only puppet them until much later.

The main focus of this build is to hurry out your chariots, send them to the nearest non-maritime CS and farm exp off them until your horses all have at least blitz. Then you are read to really rock.

I take at least 4 chariots, and 2 of them I take drill up to 3, and then 2 I take to shock 3. The reason is that in order for these units to be ultra effective, they only need to do 1 point od damage. Diversifying your promotions will insure you always have an effective set of chariots.

I was able to attack 25 defense and do 1 point of damage to them with chariots. Now imagine when you get the movement upgrade after blitz, you will be able to roll up into a city from 1 square outside of its range, and each chariot will be able to fire 5 times. All you need then is your knight/horseman to attack the city and bang its yours. Now the oligarchy bonus kicks in, and what you want to do is let the computer massacre themselves while they try to take back the city. After they have worn themseles out. Take their entire empire. With 6 movement chariots able to take out cities in 2 turns without trouble, you can qquickly consume an AI's entire empire.

After you get blitz, the movment upgrade, and then get the wounded damage bonus.

it can be slow and frsutrating at first with the chariots because they are pretty horrible until blitz. Then it can become a blast. Try and get himjei castle, too. The AI is usually pretty slow in snagging that one for some reason. Not sure why, it's awesome.

So basically "blitz in" steal the city, cut the swarming army to pieces while they try to retke, then move in and clean house. pretty fun. best so far has been by turn 125 I had 4 chariots with blitz.

Oh, and after you get blitz, you get mad exp. You can attack 5-6 times, and with double exp you get 30 exp from it when you attack a city.
