Random incorrect religion display - likely transposed

whoops 1.0.0.38 patch sorry, missed from the title

I have been testing religion and see this fairly regularly. It disappears the next turn and so far always matches the stats of another city on the map. Note also too many followers for the city as well as wrong religion.

I never noticed this, but I haven't played a Religious game yet.

What religion is Osaka supposed to be?
