Random Weather Generator

I was wondering if anyone would like to help make a random generator mod...

What sort of help would you need? What sort of mod would it be (what would weather do)?

weather is just for looks really i mean 6000 years witoout any rain...... but I need coding and rain modeling help.

whateveryou do don't have it like in that empire game where the fog gets so bad you can't see a thing!

oh no, no fog fog is bad and yes it is pretty much graphical.... other that the scripts for it.

the rain can be like an airplane unit without a flag...(if thats possible) and it just flies around.... thats a starting idea

It's very possible to do graphically - either by using an effect (I'm not entirely sure how these work), or by adding a feature for it which can be animated.

It would seem to me that all there is to this is graphics and scripting. What would you do?

Oh I can only skin Im afraid......... so I cant be of much help with this.. but if you know anyone who'd like to help..
