Random windows wallpaper/sounds??

Is there a free program that runs on XP that will randomise the windows startup and shut down sounds as well as the background wall paper??

I find it boring to have the same ones and changing all the time looses intrest so I wondered if there is a program that will do it for me?

Say i put all the sounds and pictures in a directory and windows picks one at random each time it startsup?

Does it exist?

I just use the Civ2 MGE sounds.

I dont know about the sounds but I use this program to change my wallpaper randomly on each reboot(or at any other time I want it to)

PE, I was basically asking if there is a program that will change the windows background from a selection of images at random so the background is not always the same.

Ditto for the windows startup sounds.
