Ranked Team Questions!

So, I was playing ranked teams, and I hooked up to a game, and when my team was owning, my teammate had 3 capitals, and I got my second getting a domination victory. It put him as winning but not me, I came in second! When I checked my rank, it did not have me in the system.



Also, the custom games are near impossible to join and there were only like three.



Any helping answers/what to do?
