I was sad to see my beloved 49ers lose. I watched the entire game from the pregame to the end with my family. We had lots of food, chicken wings, barbecue and buffalo sauces, cocktail shrimp and a super size Italian sub. It was a good night with family and an exciting, close game. I'd rather my team won, but you don't always get what you want.
Oh well. I'll have to settle for rooting for my sons in their games. My younger son won their first basketball game of the season this weekend in blowout fashion, so that was a happy occasion.
