ranks

Oh, just remembered I had heard of that before...

I say we incorporate ALL the difficulty levels into titles:

Title (minimum number of posts):

Chieftain (0)
Warlord (100)
Prince (250)
Regent (500)
King (1000)
Emperor (2500)
Demigod (5000)
Deity (10,000)
Sid (highest number of posts at CFC)

:king:

I say we don't

I don't care, if you change, then change, I'm OK with it, if use old ones, It's OK too

I honestly can't remember the last time I saw such a successful threadjack in Feedback. Oh well, I'll still throw my two cents in:

The titles should not be changed to reflect the new [c3c] levels. While I love the xp that's out, it's just that, an xp for the third game of a long successful line. I would only support changign the title levels if C-IV also implements an eight level system with the same names.

Of course, this is much ado about nothing, since over 95% of posters change their title to something custom anyway.

I pretty much agree with what superslug said. I also add the notion 'if it isn't broke, why fix it?'

You have now been spared from execution. Go in peace my son/daughter.

I think ranks are stupid.

Do they in some way affect the quality of the post?

Back when the Demogame RPG was mostly spam, Thunderfall turned off the post counts. 1/2 of the posts were update posts with a bunch of numbers.

Spam? What spam? There wasn't any spam in the rpg

No, they do not. But it is always nice to see how active some people are, and how unactive others are. (like myself)

Ranks are pretty much a feature that every forum has whether they are really relivant or not.
