razing cities and reputation

what about internationally? will the other civs hate me for razing cities?

Razing is very unpopular, but if you keep the city initially and then disband it, you won't get Rep hit (of course, you won't get any workers either).

i found that if everybody else is at war with that civ they wont mind as much

I only raze cities if I am reaally unhappy with that civ. For example, I was Greece, and China declared war on me for no reason. Then, they attacked and razed a size 15 city on my border. It PO'd me off so badly, that I invaded them and razed every city and replaced it with my own.
