1800 (0): Building a couple nuke plants, Laser due in 12 turns @ 80%, ok. Treasury's at just over 1000 gold, losing 20 per turn.
1802-1808 (1-4): We finish a pair of nuke plants, clean up 3 pollutions in one turn, build a spare worker in Charistroika to get us out of starvation mode, England and the Aztecs make peace, Xerxes founds Ergili in the neutral zone, yadda yadda.
1810 (5): We up science to 100% now that we're close enough to being able to finish it that we can afford the drain on our treasury. We dial up Xerxes and sell him Superconductor to partially offset our Laser research spending. Laser due in 5.
1812 (6): Laser due in 4, we start an ICBM in Zedropolis, due in 5.
1814 (7): India cancels our Ivory for 9gpt deal. Fine with me, we don't need that Ivory anyway!
1816 (8): Time to research Laser drops to 1 turn; Ghandi must have just finished researching it. We buy it off him for 340 gold (miser), leaving us with just under 200 gold left. Coolness! We drop science to 0, as that's the last tech we'll ever need. I start a lone scientist in Tamaringrad just on principle. Income goes from -150 per turn to +350 per turn.

Zedropolis swaps to Laser part, losing a bunch of shields in the process, even with just 2 turns prebuilding. India still has just 6 parts built, and we're about to complete our last one.
Our final score: 2213.
