I found this kind of interesting (forgive me if it's already been posted). I hit re-base, then put my mouse on a city and started to scroll down (I used the ball on my mouse inbetween the left and right buttons). The re-base stayed. I accidentally clicked the mouse, and ended up in the ocean! After testing a bit, I realized that you could go anywhere on the map as long as you scroll (use the arrow keys to move horizontally). Anyone else have this happen? And should this be banned in things like GOTM, since you could put a huge force of air units on another island/continent easily? After a bit more testing, I noticed it even worked for airlifting units. So you could create a whole invasion quite easily (airlift a worker and perhaps your planes somewhere, then build an airfield and airlift your army. This works with paratroopers, too). I worked on this a bit more, and you can also use it with bombard, allowing artillery to shoot to the other side of the world! The possibilities are just about endless (some humorous, as demonstrated by the image below). Here's a screenshot of something that looks funny, made possible by this bug:
