"Re-stacking" some wonders and mountain wonders

Perhaps a selfish wish, but here it goes...

Hate how the map fills up when playing as a wonder hoarder. I'd really like to see some (just a few) wonders be moved into city centers and districts, with certain conditions to make things interesting. Say, the Great Lighthouse built actually in the harbor district that's adjacent to a city center, or the Eiffel Tower in a city center that is adjacent to a theater square. ...or the Coliseum in an entertainment district that's located on flat terrain.

Also, Potala Palace on a Mountain tile is a logical choice - making that tile passable to units.

Just build a bigger empire mate. That's the point of civ 6, unstacking cities and districts, so Firaxis can animate each of them and make the zoom-in view a lot better.
