reagon spawining OPTION

sometimes i feel like just starting on my own island... some times i just feel starting next to a nation that isnt in the same reagon... sometimes i just dont care... i would like to see spawining rules as another part of settings to go through while creating a new game


what the heck? i thought i put this in the suggestions forum... if it needs to be moved i understand

Well, I guess, but generally I'm content to just see the spawning go per usual.

I would support this, infact i would love it. I always keep what i start with but this would be a nice option.
