Really odd problem

ok, so I have RoM 2.9 installed. I hit load a mod, and load RoM 2.9. Civ 4 will exit out, then load up again as it does with any mod. It loads back up, says Rise of Mankind 2.9 in the upper right hand corner of the screen, but its not... its just the same old Civ 4 version 3.19. The mod says it loads... but it doesn't. Same beyond the sword units/maps/rules/techs etc.

Version 3.19, yes its in beyond the sword mods folder.... any ideas here? this is really odd to me.

Is the folder called: Rise of Mankind

Nothing else will work.

it was named Riseofmankind2.9, I renamed it Rise of Mankind. Didn't work. Mod still "loads" but its not actually there, just plain of civ 4 beyond the sword still.

Check that you don't have 'Rise of Mankind\Rise of Mankind\...' folders. If you do, move the second to 'Beyond the Sword\Mods' so that the it looks like this 'Beyond the Sword\Mods\Rise of Mankind\Assets\...'

fixed it a few days ago, had to turn UAC off under User Account Controls and unzip it again, and now it works properly, thanks.
