Rearranged Hardware/File System. HOF mod flag Cheat?

I did some hardware/partition rearranging. If I pickup mid WOTM on a fresh install (of everything), is this going to cause HOF to throw a fit? I don't want to spend time finishing it to get booted.

[UPDATE] I just realised you are talking about a WOTM? There is no WOTM currently in play.
