Reassociating "My Games" to a backup folder.

Hi. My problem today is, how do I go about re-associating my backup Civ4 folder with "My Docs> My Games> Civ4 BTS"? I made a backup yesterday, so I can update my game to try all the latest mods, yet still be able to play MarnzMod. All goes well, and works fine, but now I can't get the backup folder to use the custom assets from Blue Marble and CivScale. So..what do I do to get it to look there again?
