Rebel Pub II

rightyho, robbo you saw the man!

and in the pitboss game, good evening young lookout guard spearman of the robboonese :D

I want to start my own library, can I just post a thread or should I do something else?

(hopefully there are people wanting to read books)

yup just go ahead and post a new thread, unless you already have a buisness you wont have to pay unless its non profit.

you could open a buissness recruiting people to the rpg ;) it'd probably non profit of course but would also mean you wouldnt have to pay start up costs.

I was thinking, is it possible that I have a business that sells a service and drinks on the side? What would be the tax on that, and what would be the start-up fee, or would I have to pay the taxes added together and the startup fees added together.

Edit: To see what I mean go here

hmm im not sure, maybe a small buissness as it is attempting to cater for 2 buissnesses but isnt actually focusing on the one.

H'mmm, well I can't make a decision on it as the banker, because it's conflict of interest. But, I don't want to be taxed as a small business for the goods I sell, and I don't want to make it complicated either.

Is it possible I pay a start-up fee for just a small business? I guess I'll pay the small business tax on my services if the last question was possible.

just split your taxes...

I agree with what BC said...

I was looking over the Civ III Demogame II:RPG.

I couldn't find any in the 3rd demogame rpg, because nothing was stickied and everything was pruned.

My findings were:

There is a very strong centralized power controlling the game.
It is a lot more complex then our current game.
It probablly attracted a lot more people, because there were rules and an economy.
Everything there had a meaning.

My first question was: Are we ever going to do land conflict before nationalism is discovered?

My second question was: To achieve some of the titles in the game, did you have to be a certain title in the actual demogame itself?

Now, why aren't we using such a strong economy like that one? WHy have we diverted so much from that game's rules?

well the economy is partially based on that one, i looked at the rules from that extensivly before writing this.

yes we can do the land conquest thing but it does depend on having a few more people in the game.

and yes some titles were required by members in the demogame as was an ability to gain more money from them positions

the only problem was that some people complained that it was unrealistic, where was the money coming from?
