Rebel Pub II

OCC: i'd play a pub PBEM..always up for another...

Swiss..My arrows is pointing at a your most "valueable" body part even if its not a fatal wound...what say you talk a bit instead of getting all fired up. We all lost our gold and land after Hurricane Strider.

The bar was in chaos. The bartender had jumped over the bar and was holding up his fists, a banker was threatning Johnny the Mercenary with an impossible weapon, and an accountant was on a table holding a bow and arrow.

"What a pity," remarked Chip, who took out a basic iron knife and stabbed it into the bar, using it to push himself up and over the bar, landing on his feet, the accountants arrow missing his head ans going into the shelf. The bartender was horrified. The 12 Mercenaries reached for their swords. The banker stabbed Johnny, and the accountant loosed his arrow at Bobert. Both fell. The Bartender decked two other mercenaries. Chip drew his sword and put it to the throat of the banker.

"Everyone settle down. Maybe we should take this outside? no more blood has to be shed"

(There are two dead mercenaries, and two unconsious an arrow in the wall, a knife in the bar, 1 angry bartender, 1 arrow touting accountant, 1 banker with a impossible knife covered in blood and with a sword at his throat, and 8 Mercenaries of level swordsmanship standing with baldes out.)

OOC: We should take tis to a different thread

occ:...Why dont you just make your self superman while your at it. I wasnt aiming at your head....and I would not have missed. And besides I am across the street waiting for you to come out...I am not stupid to go in a bar with 13 armed lunatics....16 if you count BC, Ice and myself included.

Hey, you killed a merc, don't complain. And i don't want to die yet, and it graze my head because i flipped upward, and my character is trained in Russian martail arts, hence the 10 in unarmed combat. And i really only did that because i want to move this somewhere where we don't kill the Rebel Pub. I still gotta make money on this joint:goodjob:

I just realized we are fighting over... wait for it

wait for it

wait for it...

4.7 GOLD!

like i said...your drinks...were on my account.

Put your knife down and send your goons home. we all got a bit scrwed by hurricane strider. So lets just play like that hurricane never happened...

I still was nto aiming at your head..think lower...near your belt buckle.

So on the pub PBEM list so far-
BCLG100
Robboo
and err no-one else- if we get this going i might even change the turn order so im not sending to robboo-again!

yeah...how about you and I go head to head....if everyone is chicken

OOC: You do realize such a weapon is, how you say, impossible. You cannot have a traingular prism on top, the knife would be far to unwieldy to store or contemplate using, PLUS the welding couldn't stay on in such a primitive time, PLUS the rust would make it unsustainable.....

OOC: Actually, I have held a knife in real life like the one I describe. It varied slightly. It was about 4-6 inches in length and has an extremely small trianular prism on it's very edge. The prism's base couldn't of been ovver half an inch long. Right below the prism was a small circle blood gutter (which I found pretty useless.) The prism however was not rusted. It wasn't a sword, so wielding it wasn't extremely difficult and it was a little heavy at the tip, but it still wasn't a bad knife. Most of these knives were made during the Vietnam War and very few were produced. They weren't military issued, but they were found mostly on U.S. soldiers.

Well, I was reffering to the ancient times, which we are in. Haveing a rustd prism on a knife wouldn't work. But i have no problem with keeping it.

And if i can just get my 5 gold, I'll be on my way...

"Keeping it, you keeping it" Ice says in disbelief. "I will let you know that I paid a high price for that knife to be custom made at the Weapon Shop. I will let you do no such thing. My only two possesions in life are my father's sword and my knife that I have purchased. You will lay your hands on neither!"

OOC: Btw, my character is not refered to as a banker. I believe in the character registry I am a 17 year old boy from a poor family who's father died to barbarians and left me his sword. ;)

I ment you keeping it, sorry, just woke up....

Dutchfire sees the mess I the pub, evades a flying chair, and orders another beer.

PBEM sounds fun, how many players will we have (can't handle big maps)?

erm well we could have a 3 player constant war i suppose, or could ask for 3 continents with 3 extra pet AI. I can ask someone to make a map for us if its only going to be us 3. Start thinking about civs :)

So, BCLG, hows bout that 5 gold...

*walks in with a army of Black suited thugs* Beers all around my good freinds. Have you heard the benefits of voting Nobody in the current presidential elections? regardless of how you vote please get out and vote!!!

BCLG I have a question. When you made the whole stats thing for the tournaments, how do you calculate the winners based upon their stats??

well what i was planing on doing was using it the same way civ does-

mace 8 strength vs warrior 2 strength etc :)

also with luck element thrown in.

and that 5 gold is mine thank you swiss.
