Since a American power is commencing colonial action outside its continent perhaps it will be time for the Americas to be once again open to colonial presence? The Emperor of France would like to ask the United States if they consider the value gained from French presence in the Americas. Our merchants can provide safety to Americans markets, while our anti-slave laws will damper any slave markets, especially on the west coast of the Americas. As Muscogee colonialism begins to compete with French colonialism in Africa (akin to the competition from the Holy Roman Empire) we are wondering it is a act of monopoly to hold off the Americas from the fingers of Europe. We will invite a open consideration but know that we to discourage any investment in slaver markets; the Emperor aims this at the Muscogee colonial market which may hinder the trade of the freemen. We must again declare that any slave vessel entering French waters will be boarded, its slaves liberated and its enslavers bought to justice. We are issuing this as our dominion in Africa grows; we will watch the Muscogee, less their uncivilized practice hinders the Civilization Mission. France must do its bit to help ensure that civilization dominates the world. We will hence make it more important for us to spring on with our colonial mission, less uncivilized powers end up bringing forth the mantle of their imperialism. That said we are thankful the Muscogee have vowed not to buy from other powers chained slaves, for such trading would merely return the practice to those nations that threw off the shackles. The Empire of France must stand resilient! We again in all this hope the American powers see the benefit of European powers striving for colonies in the Americas and why South America should be a ground for Europe to put their feet upon once again. As we succeeded Spain to the logical conclusion of processing northern Hispania so must we also commence interest in the Americas. We helped the United States in their struggle against the British; we hope they repay their debts and consider the joy of the French Americas that may formed under our colonial mandate.
