Oh, these are nice! I wonder how can Jan come up with so much variations for the Russian eagle. Also, I've noticed you gave Joseph the Austria icon from the HRE. Which icon/colors will it have now, vanilla ones?
By the way, why did you decide to change the colors for Naples? I really liked the old ones. I can kind of see how the new ones are more fitting though.

Pretty sure there were one Sicily in real life, and civ (unless you use muliple Sicily civ in same game, or Two Sicilies and Sicily civ in same game), but I begin to think any real number of Sicilies (including square root of 2 - Sicily, or minus Sicily) can be a good topic in Alternative history civ design thread.
