Are we allowed to post schemes for civs that are far from release? The Tangut aren't going to be done any time soon but their colours have been set in stone for at least a few months now so...

You not only made the icon, but also this image, so you could probably just move it from your imgur uploads into the album. Saves nobody any time at all, but would be more efficient than reuploading it for the album.
