registry problem

Hi, i got a problem with my civ3 installation after reinstalling my Windows XP, because if i start civ 3 it tells me to insert my cd, but when i do so, it tells me that there is no civ3 installation found.

I guess this comes from me not having a registry entry for Civ 3 anymore, (due to reinstalling XP) so could anybody please look up his registry and tell me which keys i have to enter for it to work??

I don't want to reinstall Civ3, cause my game cd is quite scratched and i fear it wouldn't work out right and i so much wanna play this hellofagame again...

Why don't you back-up all your civ3 files to another directory, then try reinstalling again?

not enough disc space! Could please anybody look his or her registry up for me?

Got a friend? Have them install it on their puter, and see if it will install. If so, then you can probably resintall it in yours.
