Relationship building help

Can someone explain everything that goes into relationships? If we get all the info here I'll edit the first post or repost in articles as I was unable to find anything useful there.

List all the effects and their ranges and notes how to get there. For example:
our trade is good +1 ( donate a useless tech )
our trade is good +4 ( ?? )
our trade is good > +5 ( is this possible? )

Now based on your relationship score and the leader what actions are possible? For example
Trade surplus iron - what type of AI, what relationship level
Does the AI donate troops to you during a war??
Declare war on others - who will actually do this and at what level?
Victory conditions?

Maybe a separate per leader explanation. For example I don't want to build a great relationship with an AI leader that won't do a thing for me.

I believe this answers most of your questions.

As for: AI gifting units, I've never seen it. They have been known to disband them though.
On Victory conditions.... it depends. Some leaders are more likely to go for certain types but I think most common is Space Colony.
