Religious Mistake?

Ok this isnt a "bug" per se..but in the manual :- page 70, it states that the religious advisor displays "...the percentage of population in each city which follows each religion".

I assume this is either a late game change , or a manual misrepresentation, cos all it displays is percentage worldwide as a whole following each religion.

But wouldnt it be nice if the original statement was true?

Supposedly the percentage a city follows should be on the city management screen. That's what I read but I haven't been able to find it either. So I want to know too.

A city either has a religion or not. There is no city level percentage.
