When does Force, Metamagic, Creation and Sun magic get implemented. If they have already been planned out, could that be added to the Spell thread so that the fans can focus suggestions on open slots?

They are added as needed. It won't stress me if we get to the finish of the project and we don't have the Metamagic sphere implemented (for example). That said the Sun and Shadow spheres probably will probably be added in the "Shadow" phase.

I would be more interested in better ideas for the existing spells. Making them more interesting, more elegant, making what we have better instead of just adding more.
 
Is there a complete list of spells anywhere on the internet not just on the Civtop?
 
I'd add to the list Dimensional Mana, because I can't really consider it implemented, with only 1 spell against 7 of most spheres.
I would for example move "Banish" to this sphere. And add a bunch of others. They don't need to be 7, but 4-5 would be cool.
 
Some spheres don't need 7 spells but only 5. Only shperes with divine spells need 7 spells.
How about having a Dimensional : Sorcery II spell that would create a "gate" (similar to obsidian) in a city as long as the mage is there (like the Hope spell works). OG comes so late it would give something to players who invested in building a Dimensional Node.

Banish is too related with hell to work with dimensional i think.
