remove endturn report

first , sorry for posting 2 topics about the same .

i feel that it's lost a time to wait a cycle end turn report . how can i shut it off ?

it's cycle to all city that finish an improve or unit in turn.

ah the real problem , when it's report move through those cities , it's make my eyes cycle around the map follow the report . cause of headeage if you keep an eyes on
