Renaming civilizations and other stupid questions

I feel stupid, but I can't figure how to do this. Where is information about names of the civilizations stored? CIV4civilizationinfos.xml seems to only refer to some other file, which I cannot locate.

What I would like to do is change some long descriptions, so that everybody wouldn't be an "Empire". Like change "English Empire" to "Kingdom of England" for example.

And while we are at it could someboby please tell me how I can change unit ownership to refer nation instead of the leader. So insted of having "Scout, Julius Caesar" we would have "Scout, Roman Empire" or even "Roman Scout".
Also It would be nice to quick diplomacy to have nation names insted of leaders, "Greatest..." listings could refer to nations too.

It's in the assets\xml\text\...._objects.xml file

All these points are described in the different XML files... You have to search in all these files what are the ones you have to change... (I don't know personaly... )
