Any technical or bug-related issues can be reported by submitting a support ticket directly to the Official 2K Support server - see links below. Note that the bug reporting channel in the Civilization Official Discord server (Invite link) is essentially just a redirect to the same 2K Support server.

It would help if your support actually investigated it as an issue with the game rather than try everything they can to blame it on our systems.

A recent issue I logged with clear slow down and then game crash, that on a reload at the same point was fine until the game slowed and crashed agan after another 50 turns or so was attempted to be blamed on my internet connection when it was clear once memory usage got to about 5GB used the game would struggle (I had plenty of free RAM). How on earth is a SINGLE PLAYER game meant to be affected by slow internet (my internet wasn't slow anyway). If slow internet an cause game unstability then whatever is doing it should be fixed or removed from the game.

TLDR: Its useless logging thing with you or support as at no point is it considered that the game itself is the issue.
