Any technical or bug-related issues can be reported by submitting a support ticket directly to the Official 2K Support server - see links below. Note that the bug reporting channel in the Civilization Official Discord server (Invite link) is essentially just a redirect to the same 2K Support server.

When submitting a ticket to support, please make sure to follow up to any automated message you receive with the information requested. Included for reference below:
- Your Platform ID
- Your Console/Platform/Device
- Game mode you encountered the bug in
- Detailed Description of the Issue
