Required reading for TOT with regards scenario design?

Hello!

I'm well versed in the concepts of scenario design for Civ2: Fantastic Worlds, but was wondering if there are any tutorials/information with regards TOT? From what I see scenario creation is more or less the same, however I've heard that TOT has other extra features that improve scenario design... where can I find this information?

The Scenario League's Tips section, my own website's FAQ and Guides sections (see signature), and macro.txt found in the Test of Time folder is a good start. Use the official Midgard scenario as a guide.
