I played the most recent planetfall mod, v16.
i'm very much a fan, however, Miriam seems very advanced in the research department than my Zakharov.
what do I need to do to change her traits, which IMO is too much of a positive, and add a negative research penalty?
do I need to give her a faction-specific Governor's office like Zak's office which provides research bonus?
and how do I do that?
