Resources look wrong on this screenshot

Can anyone explain what's going on here?
Both incense to the south of the city have plantations yet show different yields.
The mountain is showing a yield on there too.
Bananas should be 3 food?

That's weird--the correct values are all there, but just showing one tile south of where they should be. Never seen this glitch. Reload?

Can't be, the coastline fits.

But else, the "yields are shifted to some other plot" bug is known.
