I am slowly building a mod for historical pantheons. What I'd like is for the name to match the civilization selecting it.
IE: Greece can select Zeus or Aphrodite, Rome would select Jupiter or Venus, etc.
Is there any way for me to restrict a specific Civilization so that it can only select from a subset of Beliefs? (A Pantheon being a kind of Belief in the game)
My current working theory is that I will have to create an event that updates the localization strings afterwards, but I'd rather not. It would not really work for multiplayer experiences.
