Ive tempted to work on a new mod called Special Forces. What they do is disrupt, harass and gain Partisan military support. I had an idea that if a SF unit paradrops next to a City and waits 1 turn, a random number between 1 to 4 military partisan units would generate around the town, this would be the support the SF would gain.
Also if a city is captured and if left as a puppet, the City would generate another random number between 1 to 3 partisans to cause havoc and try to retake that city every so often, depending on conditions.
While if the city is captured, the city would generate 1 to 2 partisans every other turn, until the city is in complete control of the opposing force.
Now the idea is in the air, comes the hard part of how to generate these Partisans? Anyone have an idea?
