Notre-Dame 22 (21 + 1) -- The fact that it wasn't already included is baffling. The game needs more cathedrals. Lots more cathedrals.
Panama Canal 23
Parthenon 22
Porcelain Tower 21

Kremlin 20
Large Hadron Collider 25
Leaning Tower of Pisa 5

Shwedagon Paya 23
Sistine Chapel 4
Spiral Minaret 19
Statue of Liberty 22
Statue of Zeus 26 + 1 = 27 (Was always a great pleasure to see in Civ IV, and I look forward to its return. It has a certain mythic quality to it that makes it a very memorable wonder)

Himeji Castle 22
Hubble Space Telescope 9 (12-3) we need to shorten this list and this is a perfect candidate to go soon. I'd like a space oriented wonder on the map though, like the Atacama Large Millimeter Array which is iconic and famous enough imho. + would look nice on the map.

Borobudur (21+1)=22 Probably the best wonder choice to represent Indonesia in the game. There is already a Buddhist wonder in the game (Mahabodhi Temple), but more can't hurt, could it?
Great Mosque of Djenné 23
Himeji Castle 22
Hubble Space Telescope (9-3)=6 Just not feasible with the current game.

I didn't include the Space Elevator because it currently does not exist. I doubt Firaxis would put it in the game due to their lack of focus on the Information Era.

I want the Kremlin back because they need to do it justice after that appalling display in BNW. I understand they had to cut The Motherland Calls at the very last second but stripping down the Kremlin's old design and handing it Red Fort while transforming the Kremlin into a glorified T-34 factory was just shameful. I want it back and this time I want it done properly!

As for Leaning Tower still just a Tourist Trap and still not a real wonder.

Hubble Space Telescope 6-3=3 - It's interresting thing. But it's impossible to build with one wonder on one tile mechanics.
Kremlin 21+1=22 - I'd love to see it in game, because it's great symbol of Russia and it would look gorgous on map. But this time, Firaxis, rename it to Saint Basil's Cathedral, please!

Notre-Dame 20 (19 + 1) -- How is the most iconic piece of Gothic architecture "not impressive"? True, there are more impressive examples of the style, but I imagine most people would have trouble naming them.

Hubble Space Telescope 0 (3 - 3) and Eliminated because, as many have remarked, the current method of representing Wonders just doesn't work for it. I could see it being implemented as one step toward a Science Victory using something other than the 'Wonder' mechanic...
Kremlin 23 (22 + 1) This is really a vote for Saint Basil's Cathedral, which Firaxis seems to mistake for the Kremlin, which is just a large old fort filled with bureaucrats. Saint Basil's, though, could be graphically breathtaking. It would also be a Wonder required to be built adjacent to the City Center, on the far side of a Beautiful Square...

Both of the wonders I picked are known more for their galleries than the physical structures. Of the two though I feel the Louvre is more important and recognizable. Also the actual building is more impressive so it wins on both counts.
