Pete, could you send the save to the tracker?

I emailed the turn to: pbem.rfc.europe@gmail.com; but the tracker has not been updated.
Maybe there is an initialisation step, or Imperator Knoedel is top of the list, so maybe he needs to send the save first?

Hi Pete! The tracker email was already updated with your new email, but the tracker site needs be updated yet. I will send a message to Ruff Hi. I will notify you when everything is ok (with Ruff's feedback).

I just logged into the gmail account (if your gmail unknown log-in went crasy ... it was me) ... only to find that the account is 100% empty. No emails there. Try resending email.
I emailed myself from this account (pbem.rfc.europe@gmail.com) and emailed that account back. The rfc gmail account now has some email in it (1 send, 1 received). But it doesn't have any with an attachment.

No it didn't. Well ... not fully, anyway.
Is there anything special about this game ... like ... are you playing a mod?
This is the name of the save file ... 'RFC_Europe_AD-1320_-_Spain_-_Turn_253_to_Louis_XIV'
A standard bts save file looks like this ... 'Down_at_Fractal_Rock_BC-0425_to_academia'. The tracker is then looking for an in-game name of 'Spain - Turn 253 to Louis XIV'
I'm going to have to enhance the php code to deal with this new file save layout ... I will try and get to it this weekend. The good news is that this shouldn't impact the gmail forwarding routines or stop humans from looking at the tracker display and working out exactly who has the save.
Edit: Well, that was easy. Tracker appears to be fully working now.

Whoops, right you are Phylom, it was sent to the tracker address. Next turn I'll send it to that one too. This time I sent it directly to Herc's address.
