RFC presaves?

The RFC wiki is hopelessly out of date. Are there any good presaves/quickstarts around for the BTS version of Rhye's and Fall? Ideally, I'd love to play historically accurate setups at any years, the later the better (e.g., an accurate setup of the world c. 1930 would be sweet). Alternatively, is there another mod out there that's good for this sort of thing?

I think people don't want to generate them again until RFC is 100% final (otherwise they're outdated again)

Makes sense. Anywhere I could find info about upcoming changes/additions and/or an ETA on the next version?

Speaking of which, have there been any updates to RFC independent of BTS updates? I'm patched up to 3.13.
