I wanted to be sure about the UHV conditon #2,it says that the ottomans have to be out of europe.
Does that mean east of constantinopolis or
collapsed/destroyed (because the name of the modmod is RFC:EUROPE).

Also is there some kind of RFC:E atlas with spawn areas and
uhv condition territories like there is for RFC vanilla
so I don't have to ask every time like an idiot.

If you download the RFCE files, in the "reference folder" there are jpgs of the spawn zones, settler maps etc.

You don't have to open a new threat for this question. The playtesting feedback thread is good for this.

The 2nd UHV of the Hungarians means no Ottoman cities west of Constantinople.

In the RFCE folder is a reference folder. Their you can find the spawn maps etc. (including the UHV maps). In the UHV map you can find the area where no Ottoman cities is allowed.
