It is a difficult one, so I am willing to answer questions regarding it.

Did he use any solidified water?

Yes.

Did he pack ice under an object so as it melted it fell and disturbed the alarm?

I'll take that as an answer, but what he did was put a tray with pots on one side overhanging a countertop, with the ice balancing it so it stayed on the counter. When the ice melted enough, the pots crashed to the floor, and the mess looked like part of the burglary.

A man works at a mail-order company that ships all over the contiguous United States, he picks up an order form and accidently tears off the name of the city, but only looking at the Postal Abbreviation he knows what city to send it to, how?
