Rise & Fall scenarios?

So I just bought R&F. Isn't there supposed to be scenarios like Australia's Outback? I checked through everywhere in the game but couldn't any scenarios.

There aren’t? So I have to individually buy each Civ/ scenario pack to gain access to those civs/ scenarios?

Yes. R&F does not include any DLC content. For that content, you have to buy the DLCs you are interested in playing.

What in tarnation!! I thought that R&F included all of those DLC’s. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to buy them then.
